Big, comfortable, and clean room. There was a mini fridge. Breakfasts had plenty of food. Staff was very friendly and helpful. For instance, when I asked for decaf coffee at breakfast, they were happy to accommodate. the people at the desk provided helpful information about transit and restaurants. A nice little rooftop terrace was lovely views, including the spire of the main cathedral.

Friendly staff, nice amenities in the room (shaving kit, toothbrush kit and shower cap. Great location and easy 10-15min walk from the Wien-Mitte airport train station.

Pleasant staff. Comfortable beds. Breakfast with small but adequate selection of good food. Excellent location off a side street and close to restaurants, cafés, and multiple transport options at Schwedenplatz.

Place good, room in silent area, close tocity center. The staff is very useful. Thx for arranging parking for moto! Brakefast very good.

The location is very good, central to everything and public transport. The staff were very helpful and friendly even helping us to book tickets to a concert. The room had everything we needed and tea and coffee was available near reception from 3pm-12pm.
